Mr. Nirmal Agarwal

Nirmal Agarwal graduated from the prestigious Stanford University (USA) with a Bachelors degree in Economics and was nominated to the Economics Honor Society – Omicron Delta Epsilon. He has also completed his MBA and also holds various qualifications in Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Educational Counselling.

He is the founder of COGNIX KNOWLEDGE GROUP and is involved with various education based initiatives in domains like higher education, K-12 education, Test Preparation, Career Counselling, Assessments, and Guidance Counselling.

Nirmal has also worked extensively with International Schools across the country and has been involved with more than 100 such schools over the last few years.   He is a Consultant for University of Cambridge International Examinations and has also been nominated to the Advisory Boards of various schools and institutions.

Nirmal regularly conducts workshops and professional development programs for various institutions and organisations. He has been certified under Dale Carnegie India ‘Advanced Train the Trainer’ program and is nominated as a national trainer for Round Table.


Ms. Gargi Sen

Gargi Sen, M.Sc, M.A., B.Ed., is an academician with more than twenty years of hands-on experience and is well versed on prevailing education system to help in the holistic development of schools. Gargi is an accredited Master Trainer for teachers under University of Cambridge International Examination, UK, Certified Trainer under NABET & SQA, Scotland, and Certified by NABET for School Accreditation.

Gargi regularly conducts workshops on various teaching skills for schools all over India and abroad and has the experience of designing curriculum at various levels especially for international schools and CBSE Boards.

Gargi has worked as the Principal of an international school in Kolkata, as a Project Supervisor for the Teachers’ training for the school teachers for the state of Mizoram, and has recruited & trained teachers for international schools in India and in South-east Asian countries.

She has worked extensively with schools including upgradations, start-ups, turnaround cases, and in helping them with end-to-end solutions for their needs.
