Once you learn the simple principles of mastering a positive attitude, you’ll love what you have even if you don’t have what you love. This October, let’s try and filter into ourselves, that slanting ray of positive attitude, until it fills our life with sunny days!

We find Politics in every workplace. Too often, we deal with it by suppressing it. ·        Vegetarian Month.

 Turning vegetarian was "trendy" in the 1980s and has since become more commonplace. Because vegetarian diets feature primarily plant foods, they tend to be richer in dietary fibre, carbohydrates and many vitamins and minerals.

 

Vegetarian diets enjoy a reputation for being low in fat and cholesterol. Compared to the general population, vegetarians appear to be at lower risk for heart disease, colon cancer, diabetes, obesity and high blood pressure.

 

But be it for health, religious, moral or taste reasons, the extent to which individuals truly go vegetarian is highly variable. Here are the sub-sects of the vegetarian club:
